LET’S BUILD IT TOGETHER

Help shape a better
front desk.

Great hospitality starts with understanding the people behind it. We’re looking for Australian motels and independent hotels to help shape VOCA.

Share the calls you get, the challenges you face, and what a truly helpful phone receptionist would look like for your property.

GOOD TO KNOW

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A little more about where we are
and what comes next.

Is VOCA available today?

VOCA is in development. We’re inviting Australian motels and independent hotels to join the waitlist and express interest in a pilot. Joining does not guarantee a place or a launch date.

Can it make bookings?

Our initial focus is capturing booking enquiries and sharing your existing booking link. Real-time rates, availability and direct booking will depend on authorised integrations and further testing.

Will it work with GuestPoint?

We’re assessing GuestPoint integration. It is not available today, and we are not claiming a partnership. Supported functionality will depend on access and authorisation.

Can guests reach a person?

We’re planning configurable handover rules, so your team can step in when a guest needs a person. The pilot will help validate how this works in practice.

Do I need to change my phone number?

The intended approach is to use forwarding from your existing number. Availability and setup will need to be verified with your telephone provider during onboarding.
